Therapeutic options for lung cancer patients are increasing in number and complexity as molecular knowledge about tumor driver mechanisms is growing.
In order to effectively stratify patients to available treatments comprehensive diagnosis and molecular tumor analysis is necessary.
This event will cover the full workflow of lung cancer management, including clinical aspects of current lung cancer therapy, pathological examination and molecular analysis with a wide array of methods.
We will focus on innovative technologies applied in modern Molecular Pathology and their application to lung cancer diagnosis.
The workshop offers the opportunity for exchange of expertise, insight into potentially complementary analytical strategies and discussion of challenging cases in an international group of experts consisting of clinicians, pathologists, molecular biologists and biomedical analysts.
