Diagnostik- & Forschungs- (D&F) Institut für Pathologie

This intensive course is designed for practicing pathologists as well as pathologists in training and will cover the different aspects of non-neoplastic and neoplastic diseases of the entire gastrointestinal tract. Diagnostic criteria will be presented for biopsies and resections. Possibilities and limitations of ancillary diagnostic tools, such as immunohistochemistry and molecular analysis, are included in the program. Each part will consist of lectures, case teaching and discussions.
